Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum
JUNIOR DOCENT PROGRAM

TEACHER RECOMMENDATION FORM

Applicants for the ASDM Junior Docent program are between the ages of 13 and 16. These students are trained to interact with museum visitors, using live animals or natural objects to teach about the Sonoran Desert. Our goal is to instill a conservation ethic by getting young people personally involved in the Museums mission which will give them a vested interest in both the Museum and the Sonoran Desert. More information on the program can be found on the Junior Docent page of our website: http://desertmuseum.org/kids/jrdocents.php
