Partnerships Worldwide

The Museum's Center for Sonoran Desert Studies collaborates with scientists and educators around the world.

One of its many partnership projects is with the Alice Springs Desert Park in the heart of Australia. Through a grant from the American Association of Museums, education specialists from each organization are working together to develop an interactive website for children that will highlight the survival strategies used by native animals, plants and peoples in our two desert regions.
